I don’t really remember what Seneca was stepping over here while she grazed, but as tall as that grass (still) is, she had to be sure of her hoof placement.
Even as we ease on toward winter, the days are chilly and the nights are below freezing, but the horses take it all in stride.
Ooh, look at that sweet face! So thankful for plentiful grasses.
Autumn has arrived here. Lots of rain heading our way.
She does have a very sweet look – and nature! I so hope you get your rain – without the devastating landslides!
I just spotted someone munching away at Seneca’s left. 😊
One of her bandmates. 🙂
NY finally got some snow last night – power out since? Lucky I have a generator tho. We got about 5-6 inches of WET snow – lots of big branches down & lots just loaded with snow. We needed the wet tho – hope power isnt off too long. Hope you get some of the snow I’m hearing about on the news.
Hope your power comes back on soon (or is already back on!). Those heavy, wet snows (and ice) sure do a number on trees and power lines. I was out of power a couple of days ago … and it was completely clear here. Cold but not horribly so.
Seneca almost looks like she’s doing a dance step! What a gentle, pretty face she has.
Ah! I should have labeled this one “Dance step”! 🙂 I love that. 🙂 She does have a very beautiful, sweet face.
What a pretty gal! It does look like she is doing a dance step!
That’s exactly what I should have titled this post! 🙂
Wish I could be more like our mustangs, and take change
Adaptable. 🙂 Might as well go with the flow; fighting the current just takes valuable energy.
